Our Fleet
Every one from our Fleet of delivery riders matches or exceeds industry requirements.
All our Riders are minimum graduate with elementary 10+2 , well groomed and speak basic conversation English and come from a relevant delivery experience and posses driving licence in their home country.
OUT & ABOUT picks and selects them to qualify for :
- 1. Employment Visa for minimum two years on our payroll.
- 2. Qualify for In-house training and on Client site trainings.
- 3. Qualify for Bike licence issued by Dubai Road Transport Authority.
- 4. Qualify for their personal Emirates ID and medical insurance.
- 5. Qualify for in-house Accommodation with electricity & water.
- 6. Be Eligible for Bike provided by the company for all deliveries.
- 7. Be Eligible for all maintenance costs, Petrol and toll charges.
- 8. Be Eligible for company issued mobile SIM card and monthly bills.
